    近年来随着现代化的工业设备和民用电气装置的普及,大量的非线性电力负荷运用到日常生活和工业生产中,使得公用电网的电能质量问题愈发凸显。这严重影响了城市经济的安全高效运行及人民的生活质量。基于此,电能质量检测作为电力系统与自动化领域的一个很重要的研究课题,就具有特别重要的意义。
    本文从介绍电能质量检测的意义出发,分析了电能质量检测的必要性。简单介绍了电能质量的基本概念与国内外电能质量检测的相关标准。深入探讨了各项电能质量参数的基本检测原理和算法。结合国家标准明确了电能质量检测的各项设计要求,在此基础上提出了一种以TMS320F2812为核心的电能质量检测仪的设计方案,并具体阐述了电能质量检测装置的硬件设计与软件设计。
    在电能质量检测方面,采用经典的快速傅里叶算法(FFT),并在此基础上通过加窗等手段提高了谐波检测的精度,通过运用数字滤波处理手段,检测电压波动与闪变。在硬件方面通过使用高性能的DSP,以及高速、高精度的A/D转换器,满足了系统对数据采样实时性和精度的要求。锁相环电路的使用则保证了FFT变换对采样同步性的要求,减少了频谱泄露。整个系统采用了DSP+ARM的系统架构,充分利用了DSP在数据处理上的优势与ARM强大的外围控制能力。很好的满足了系统设计的要求。通过大量的测试,基本满足了设计要求。实践表明本文的研究成果具有重大的实用意义和广阔的市场前景。 [英文摘要]:     In recent years, with the popularity of modern industrial equipments and civil electrical installations, a large number of non-linear load are applied to daily life and industrial production, so the quality of the public power network become a prominent problem increasingly. This has seriously affected the safe and highly efficient operation of urban economy and the quality of people’s life. Therefore, the detection of power quality as a very important research topic in the field of power systems and automation has particular significance.
    This paper describes the significance of the detection of power quality the necessity of it. It introduces the basic concept of power quality and summarizes the domestic and international standards of power quality detecting. Study on the parameters of power quality and the basic principle and algorithm of detecting deeply. Base on the national standards of design requirements, this paper gives a design of power quality detector at the core of TMS320F2812, and specific depicts the design of hardware and software.
    In the aspects of power quality testing, using the classic fast Fourier algorithm (FFT).Base on it, by adding some window functions to enhance the accuracy of the harmonic detecting, and through the process of digital filtering to detect the voltage’s fluctuations and flicker. In terms of hardware, by the use of high-performance DSP, high-speed and high-precision A/D converter, it meets the demands of the system in the aspects of sampling data accurately and real-time. The use of phase-locked loop circuit to ensure that the FFT transform to meet the demands of synchronous sampling, it can reduce the leakage of frequency spectrum. The system structure is on the base of DSP + ARM, the design is successful. It benefits from the advantages of the DSP in the data processing and the ARM in external controlling.Through vast amount of tests, the system meets the design requirements basically.
