ABSTRACT
As a group of workers who seek acting on their own and individuality
and creativity and diversify, the knowledge workers are important
in corporation performance. It is important to research on
motivation tactics of the knowledge workers for raising work
efficiency and improving management and making the company
occupy a dominant position.
The paper combines theory with practice. It studies the motivation
tactics of the knowledge workers based on motivation theory,
and analyses corporation reality. The paper analyses the feature
of the knowledge workers, then draw a conclusion: for the
knowledge workers, they need reflecting their own value, seeking
challenge, renewing their knowledge, seeking growing, enjoying
wide support and having a joyful environment. Based on the
analysis of the needs of the knowledge workers, then draw
a conclusion: in a company, the motivation tactics should
satisfy the needs of the workers, so as to make them work
hard. Then the author considered that it would better use
two methods, material motivation and nonmaterial motivation,
to incentive the workers in a company.
