摘要
随着教育体制改革的不断深入，高校课程管理系统成为近年来快速发展的典型信息管理系统，它不仅要求前端应用程序功能完备、人机界面友好，还要求后台数据库具有数据一致性和完整性强、安全性好的特点。通过调查和分析高校在排课选课方面的业务，理清各模块的数据流程处理后确定系统的功能，从而科学合理地进行系统功能结构的设计和数据库设计，并结合实际工作流程开发完成一个具有信息管理查询、课程编排、学生选课及数据统计功能的高校课程管理系统。

Abstract
Along with the deepening of education system reform, college courses management system has turned into a typical rapid-developing information management system. Not only does the system needs well-functioning application procedures and friendly human-machine interface, but also the background database should possess several key characteristics including data consistency, strong integrity and excellent security. In order to figure out the functions of the system, I investigated the details of courses scheduling and courses selecting, and fully analyzed the processing of data flow in each module. As a result, the functional structure and database can be designed scientifically and rationally. At last, combining with the actual work flow, a college courses management system is developed. There are many functions in this system, including information management inquiry, courses scheduling and selecting, and data counting.
