【摘要】  目的  老年大鼠血清、前列腺中睾酮的变化及其与BPH的可能关系，探讨泽桂癃爽胶囊抑制大鼠前列腺增生的作用及其机制，以及对大鼠交配能力的。  分别观察5组给药组的雄性老年大鼠，与老年、成年各一对照组比较，观察药物对前列腺增生的抑制作用，用放免法测定各组血清、前列腺中睾酮浓度，老年大鼠的数值变化；观察与雌性大鼠的交配能力。观察5组药物对丙睾诱发的成年大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用，与丙睾组和对照组各一组比较；观察其与雌性大鼠的交配能力。结果  老年组大鼠给予泽桂癃爽21天后高、中剂量组前列腺脏器系数与对照组相比差异有极显著性，老年组与成年对照组前列腺脏器系数差异均有显著性，老年组血清、前列腺睾酮浓度与成年组比较差异均有显著性。泽桂高剂量组血清、前列腺睾酮浓度与对照组差异有显著性。泽桂癃爽提高老年大鼠血清中睾酮浓度，降低前列腺中睾酮浓度。SC丙睾后，泽桂高、中剂量组成年大鼠前列腺脏器系数、重量，与对照组相比差异有显著性。结论  老年组大鼠随年龄的增长前列腺有增生趋势，血清中的睾酮水平降低，而前列腺中睾酮水平有增加趋势；高剂量的泽桂癃爽可抑制老年大鼠增龄性的前列腺增生，可抑制丙睾造成的成年大鼠前列腺增生；可以提高雄性大鼠的交配能力。

    【Abstract】  Objective  To investigate the change of blood serum and prostate testosterone on rat and the relationship with benign prostatic hyperplasia .To discuss the effect of Zegui Longshuang Capsules on prostate weight of rat， and test testosterone of serum and prostate.Methods  Administering five groups elder male rat different drug， compare between the elder and mature. Serum and prostate testosterone were measured using radioimmunoassay.  Observe the mating ability of corresponding female rat. The blood serum and prostate testosterone of elder group has significant difference from the younger. The level of blood serum testosterone and prostate testosterone of high dose of Zegui Longshuang Capsules has significant difference separately from control group. After SC administration of propyl-testosterone， the prostate， viscera coefficient of high and mid dose of Zegui Longshuang Capsules on younger group changed significantly compared with younger control group.Conclusion  High dose of Zegui Longshuang Capsules can restrain the hyperplasia of prostate caused by ages on elderly rat， restrain the hyperplasia of prostate caused by propyl-testosterone on younger rat and increased the sex ability of male rat.
